In addition to being recognized as one of the pioneers of caricature in the Arab world and a press illustrator whose satirical drawings delighted readers of many Arab magazines, he also had a unique style and outstanding talent in portrait art, visible in the many books he illustrated for children. He illustrated more than thirty children’s books published by Dar El Shorouk.
