Syrian children’s writer living in Jordan. She has more than twenty children’s books. Describing herself, she says: "I have loved reading stories since I was little, and I always think about what I would do if I were in the place of the story’s hero. When I grew up, I studied psychology at university, and my favorite times are those I spend with my three children reading bedtime stories. I now live with my family and my books in Jordan. I studied creative writing at UCLA in the United States, and today I write stories for children and young adults. I like caring for pets. I once cared for a turtle, a fish, a bird, and finally a cat. I learned diving and practiced it in the Red Sea, and how amazed I was by the world of fish!"
