Egyptian illustrator who lives between Alexandria and Dubai. He began his professional life away from drawing, but because of his love of drawing since childhood, he returned to study fine arts and launch his career in children’s book illustration. His books have won many awards, including the Sharjah Children’s Book Award in 2018, the Etisalat Award for Children’s Book for Best Illustration in 2019, the Arab Forum for Children’s Book Publishers Award for Best Illustration in 2020, the Etisalat Award in the comics category in 2021, and a shortlist placement for the Etisalat Award in 2022.
